But their conversation is interrupted because Robin is needed to help take Charaxes into security on 'Monster Island'. On their way there, the heroes are conned into a situation where Charaxes can be freed, and pursued by monster-hunter Jaeger, whom Robin had thought dead. Meanwhile, sociologists, police, scientists, TV presenters and others argue about what to do concerning Charaxes weird brood of Drury Walkers. In the end, they attack one of the men and the city exterminators wipe them out.
