PLOT:
Stephanie Brown's mother found her Spoiler outfit and forbid her to go out in it anymore. Robin escaped the rats by jumping into sewage. When he was able to get himself out, he passed out. A group of sewer dwelling kids calling themselves the Wolflings picked him up. Mr. Freeze attacked Tommy Mangles and Gearhead.
