PLOT:
Riddler and Captain Boomerang hijacked a blimp and dumped riddles as confetti all over the city. Robin deciphered them and met with Flash. An electronics truck was stolen; Riddler's people began giving away "boom boxes" filled with explosives. Robin realized what was about to happen; Flash began getting rid of the stereos and was helped out by Superman. They were able to get rid of all the devices before any blew up.
