PLOT:
Tim's personal life is as confusing as ever. Ariana begins to let on that something tragic has happened to her recently but she refuses to tell Tim what happened. Meanwhile, Ives is showing up at school with strange bruises that he refuses to account for. But to make matters worse, a new criminal named Slyfox is trying to make his name known in Gotham. He begins plotting to steal security information from an insurance company in order to ensure that he and his henchmen can always rob the most profitable homes.

When Robin arrives on the scene to bust Slyfox and his crew he finds himself joined by the outspoken, egotistical Roy Raymond Jr. and his camera crew. Raymond, grandson of the respected Roy Raymond TV Detective - goes by the name "The Manstalker" and his show (a mixture of America's Most Wanted and Cops) is trying to garner extra ratings by filming a live bust. But with an unknown factor like Slyfox thrown into the mix, the Manstalker may just have gotten in over his head!
