PLOT:
Oracle is trying to eliminate suspects who may be responsible for framing Bruce Wayne for the murder of Vesper Fairchild. She is fairly confident that Ra's al Ghul, Bane and the Joker are not responsible. She is not so sure that Bruce didn't do it himself, though, a possibility that Nightwing will not admit to. Nightwing then briefly bumps into Orpheus,
Gotham's newest vigilante, on his way to check out the Moxons. Spying on their conversation, he is convinced that neither of them are responsible. He then learns of the massive blaze at Lockhaven Penitentiary and makes his way there as quickly as possible, finding that his
neighbor Aaron Helzinger is in the thick of it all, and very, very angry about something.
