PLOT:
Batman finds himself unable to save a young girl from drowning when he is too weak to move a heavy object weighing her down. Blaming himself, he goes to tell the child's father but finds that the father could hardly care less. Noticing the injury caused by trying to lift the heavy object, the father offers Batman some special pills to enhance his strength. He informs Batman that he is a doctor working on enhancing the human body through cosmetic pharmasuticals. After a moment of examination, Batman's desperation for never letting down another victim because of his lack of strength causes him to take the pills and leave.
