Evidence found the phone in Tetch's cell. Connie, the daughter of the landlord where Tetch used to live, visited MacDonald and Driver. She thought her mother may be in with Tetch somehow. She told them that her mother was extremely strict. She'd gotten pregnant in high school and blamed it on rape. The woman was arrested. Inside her home, they found one of Hatter's hats. Bullock attacked Cobblepot again. He shot two of his men and took him hostage. Driver and MacDonald told him the real story from the case and he eventually let Penguin go. They were able to stop him from suicide after he put his pistol in his mouth.
Chandler called Driver and they met. She told him they'd taken Probson off of life support and that she'd met with Monlina.
