PLOT:
During the final moments of his life on Earth, J'onn telepathically transfers his personal and ancestral histories to his fellow Justice League Members. The night of his murder, the Justice League find themselves in a trance like state transcribing the history of the Martian Manhunter.

After overcoming J'onzz mental trickery, Libra and the rest of the villains put the final knife in the heart of the Martian and leave his corpse to be found grotesquely splayed out on a museum's Mars Exhibit. Nightwing discovers J'onzz's body and the rest of the League prepares to yet again bury one of their own.

Superman uproots J'onn's ancestral home located within the pyramid in the Gobi Desert and transports it to the red sands of Mars. There, along side the rest of the Justice League, he pays his final respects to one of the founding League members. The experience leaves a few feeling bitter and ready to lash out in violence (Hal Jordan and Oliver Queen) while some quietly leave behind their parting respects and thanks to a valiant hero.

Along side the bound and printed history of Mars, Batman places a sole Choco cookie on the Martian Manhunter's casket and says good bye to his old friend.
