PLOT:
After the firefight, Orpheus called Batman. He and Batgirl arrived quickly. Of the 21 gang lords who attended, only 8 walked away. Batman clued in Oracle. Batgirl went in to the Chinatown mob, where a coup was attempted within their ranks to gain power. Batman went after Escabedo's family on the North End - it was attacked by the Odessa Mob. Orpheus went to Penguin, who denied calling the hits. Chaos touched all the gangs.
