PLOT:
J. Devlin Davenport, a neighbor of Bruce Wayne's, began causing trouble when excavation teams needed to destroy part of his fallen building so rescue teams could pass more easily. Batman took it upon himself to clear the wreckage. Harold and Alfred continued to work on the manor and cave. Bruce renewed his vow to his parents.
