PLOT:
Batman and Robin went after a second rate crook named Spellbinder. He and his girlfriend got away, but his loot was recovered. Neron approached them; the girlfriend killed Spellbinder and took the demon's offer. Taking over his gig as Spellbinder, she used her new powers to trap Batman and Robin.
