PLOT:
A band of modern day pirates, led by Cap'n Fear, attacked a cruise liner. Bruce Wayne and the other high-rollers aboard were robbed, but unharmed. The coast guard rescued them after their yacht was pillaged and set on fire. Batman and Robin went after the pirates. When they attacked, Robin was knocked unconscious and thrown back into the BatBoat. Batman was also defeated - they tied him up to a buoy. Former Commissioner Gordon decided to run for mayor as a third party.
