PLOT:
Batman tracked down Ventriloquist and warned him that he was watching. He bugged Scarface and began listening in. He learned that more dope was being imported from Tijuana in a corpse. Batman attacked while they were cutting open the dead guy. Some packets of the drug were broken and Batman inhaled Fever. He was able to work through it and get the cops on the way. Ventriloquist and Scarface were locked up.
