PLOT:
After escaping Arkham, Two-Face was reported striking again. Batman realized after an encounter with him that it was an imposter. He looked into finding Paul Sloane (who'd portrayed Harvey Dent in a film, and was scarred much like Dent in a production accident) - he was reported missing. At their planned setup, both Sloan and Dent showed up. Sloan got the better deal, leaving Batman, Robin, and Dent locked up with a bomb set for 2 minutes.
