PLOT:
Bruce proposed to Rachel. In a major showdown between the Reaper, the mob, Batman, and the GCPD, the Reaper was believed killed. Batman took Chill to the place where his parents died, but before he could kill the shooter, the Reaper did. In a final battle, the Reaper fell from a high-rise construction site and died. Bruce, after seeing the Reaper's face, went to console Rachel. She left him for the convent in attempt to atone for her father's sins.
