PLOT:
Batman is confronted by Mr. Polka-Dot, a criminal basing his crimes around dots and spots. The Caped Crusaders have initial difficulty in stopping the crook, and Robin is captured. He gets a message to Batman though which leads Batman to his location. They team-up again to defeat the crook at his next crime, thanks to Batman deciphering a clue left by Mr. Polka-Dot.

PLOT:
Aloysius Bean opens a museum in the honor of J’onn J’onzz. He shows a film of the Manhunter in action, and it reveals J’onn’s fire weakness. Some criminals take advantage of this knowledge when J’onn tries to stop them. They use fire against him, but it doesn’t work. J’onn has used a substitute dummy for himself. The crooks believe they are wrong about the fire weakness and are sent to prison.
