PLOT:
A lightning bolt strikes some chemical waste creating a strange monster. Batman and Robin chase the monster, but each time the monster is struck it adapts and transforms into another menace. While trying to defeat the monster, Batman helps a former movie star regain his confidence, he foils a group of bank robbers, and he gives a city clerk a chance to be a leader. Eventually, Batman is able to defeat the monster with an electric shock which reverts the monster back into the chemical form from which it began.

PLOT:
J’onn J’onzz’s friend Larry Loder has been tricked by a criminal named Jed Peters into buying three magical devices. The devices supposedly help locate treasure. In order to protect his friend’s reputation, J’onn makes the devices appear to work. However, Peters planned it as such and now attempts to take the treasure from Loder. J’onn secretly makes it appear as if the third magical device works as well which convinces the crooks of the magic. They are then turned over to the police.
