PLOT:
Batman and Robin encounter a costumed thief with super-strength, Star-Man. The crook is searching for a magic belt, which has been purchased by Kathy Kane. The belt is one of three mystical pieces; Star-Man possesses one which gives him super-strength and steals another which allows him to defy gravity.
Kathy wears the belt and it weakens her, endangering her life. However when she wears it in Star-Man’s presence the crook’s powers are nullified. Kathy as Batwoman assists Batman in stopping the crook. The belt is then added to the other components, curing Kathy. She and Batman both decide that the belt is too dangerous and should be destroyed.
