PLOT:
A scientist, Steve Condon, working on a growth hormone is exposed to his own formula. He grow to a gigantic twelve foot tall monster. He meets Batman who takes him to the hospital for treatment.
Digusted with his appearance and feeling like a freak, Condon escapes the hospital. Batman and Robin track him down to try and help him. His huge size and strength make him a menace, but a small boy convinces Condon to return to the lab for treatment.
At the lab his boss, Professor Simms, offers him the antidote in exchange for the formula, Steve was working on. Simms plans to create several giant men to committ crimes. Condon will not cooperate so Simms knocks him out and takes the formula.
Batman, searching for Condon, uncovers Simms’ plan. He revives Steve to help battle the enlarged crooks. After defeating Simms and his men, Steve is given the antidote and restored to normal.
