PLOT:
Batman and Robin travel to Skull Island where a movie is being filmed to uncover the secret behind a Locto monster that has been menacing the set. The monster continues to attack, but Batman is able to fend it off. He suspects one of the technical advisors is involved with the monster. As he fights the monsters he discovers enough evidence to prove that the production assistant, Tod Martin, is using the monster, which is really a robot, to keep people away from the black pearl beds he has discovered. With the scheme exposed, Martin is captured by Robin, while Batman finishes off the monster.

PLOT:
Detective John Jones joins the manhunt for criminal inventor Waldo Wilson. Wilson's crime weapons have allowed his gang to perform several amazing robberies. John finds the gang when his martian hearing allows him to detect the supersonic vibrations of Wilson's latest invention. However, John becomes weak when Wilson begins using a flame thrower. Wilson tries to drop Jones in the ocean, but the detective regains his strength once out of the flame thrower's range. He then apprehends the crooks by secretly using his powers.
