PLOT:
Batman helps to cast Bart Davis as the actor in the next Batman movie. Davis is a criminal who uses the authentic Batman equipment to scare and rob other crooks. Batman knows that Davis is a crook and is using him to learn the location of stolen armored car money. When Batman learns the location through a hidden microphone, he closes in on Davis and recovers the loot. Davis nearly unmasks the Caped Crusaders, but Batman prevails, guarding his secret identity, and apprehending Davis.
NOTE:
This story reveals that at least three yearly Batman pictures have been made by this time, one featuring an actor named Reed as Batman (possibly Gregory Reed, who later became the official Earth-One movie Superman?), and two featuring Jack Winters as Batman.
