PLOT:
Batman and Robin spot several crooks driving old-time automobiles. Suspicious, they remodel an old car into a new batmobile and attend the Millville festival for classic cars. Bruce Wayne enters another old car in the festivities, but thieves steal it. Batman tracks the car down, but is unable to apprehend the thieves.
Another car identical to Bruce's is owned by Jack Tallant. The crooks try to wreck Tallant's car and eventually injure him. Batman deduces that the thieves are after something in the car. He finds that the gas tank is made of solid platinum, having been put there years ago by a thief. Batman exposes the thieves plans to steal the platinum and apprehends them
