Batman breaks loose and calls Robin. With the police out of action, Batman broadcasts a message that he is holding an exposition. This causes a traffic jam. When the Dynamic Duo pursue the Trapper and his men the gridlock traffic prevents the crook from escaping. Batman then releases the police.
