PLOT:
Criminal Carl C. Cave begin following a superstition centered around the number three. Cave believes that the number holds a special power for him, so he centers all his crimes around it. The number appears to work as Cave and his men are able to complete several robberies and evade Batman.
After a series of successful robberies, Cave decides to hide-out in an abandoned mine. His gang leaves him, and Batman receives a clue to Cave's whereabouts. Batman and Robin chase Cave through the mine. Cave takes tunnel 3 which should lead to safety, but instead he is led right into Batman's hands. Cave mistakenly read the tunnel 8 sign as tunnel 3. As a result, Batman apprehends the crook.

PLOT:
Amateur photographer Al Leach wants to get an action shot of Robotman. He begins following the hero around in order to get the right shot. Robotman can't get away to change into his civilian identity while under constant surveilance. Al gets a good shot several times including one of Paul Dennis switching to Robotman. However, each time the film is ruined. Robotman finally allows Leach to take a good picture, so that the cameraman will stop following him.

PLOT:
Slam and Shorty are broke, so they try to earn a reward for capturing Lucky Louie. Disguised as cooks, Slam and Shorty infiltrate the gang's hide-out. Rival gangsters plant dyna-mite disguised as cake candles. Slam and Shorty surprise the crooks and avoid the dyna-mite. The detectives earn their reward and are able to pay their bills.

PLOT:
Gangsters buy an offshore island that once belonged to a late millionaire. The gangsters use the island as a refuge where police cannot reach them legally. Brooklyn and Tex infiltrate the island disguised as gangsters, while Rip and Andre sneak on shore in a mini-submarine.
The Commandos plan to chase the crooks off the island where they can be arrested. However, Rip and Andre are caught by the crooks. Brooklyn and Tex are forced to expose themselves during the fight.
The crooks plan to put the Commandos in jail, when the begin to itch uncontrollably. Rip tells them that the island was used in A-bomb testing and is radioactive. Fearing for their lives, the crooks flee the island seeking medical attention. When they reach the mainland they are arrested. When all the gangsters have been apprehended Rip explains that he lied. The itching was really caused from the fumes of burning poison ivy which he and Andre threw into a fire.
