PLOT:
A criminal known as the Pied Piper strikes in Gotham using a variety of pipes in his crimes. Batman and Robin are able to track the crook to a new pipe shop in town. However, the crook eludes capture.
When a giant pipe organ is included as part of a civic center exhibit, Batman suspects that the Pied Piper will strike. Once again the crook flees the scene, but Batman and Robin are able to follow him back to his new hideout where they recover the stolen loot.

PLOT:
The Baffler, a crook using a variety of scientific gadgets, tangles with Robotman. He escapes during the first encounter by magnetizing a lamppost and pinning Robotman to it. The next time they meet, the Baffler uses more gadgets against his foe. However, Robotman has brought along his own bag of devices to foil the Baffler. Robotman prevails in their second clash, and the crook is jailed.
