PLOT:
A criminal known as the Pied Piper strikes in Gotham using a variety of pipes in his crimes. Batman and Robin are able to track the crook to a new pipe shop in town. However, the crook eludes capture.

When a giant pipe organ is included as part of a civic center exhibit, Batman suspects that the Pied Piper will strike. Once again the crook flees the scene, but Batman and Robin are able to follow him back to his new hideout where they recover the stolen loot.


TITLE: Robotman Versus the Baffler

PLOT:
The Baffler, a crook using a variety of scientific gadgets, tangles with Robotman. He escapes during the first encounter by magnetizing a lamppost and pinning Robotman to it. The next time they meet, the Baffler uses more gadgets against his foe. However, Robotman has brought along his own bag of devices to foil the Baffler. Robotman prevails in their second clash, and the crook is jailed.

TITLE: Low Man on a Barber Pole

PLOT:
Shorty visits a barber shop to have a trim, but the barber shaves him bald. When Shorty gets upset and tries to leave the shop, the barber and two thugs try to stop him. Slam arrives to helps Shorty and discovers a diagram on Shorty's head. Slam deduces that the crooks were looking for the diagram which is a secret treasure map left by their former boss. Slam and Shorty defeat the crooks, then Slam shaves the barber. The real treasure map is located on his head. The one on Shorty's head was a fake left by the barber to double-cross his partners.

TITLE: The Five Weapons That Shook the World

PLOT:
A crook known as the Weapons Master plans to kill Rip Carter. The Weapons Master is a master marksman with several weapons and collects historical weapons. Using costumes and weapons from the past his gang commits robberies which draw the attention of the Boy Commandos. At one of the robberies, the gang captures Rip Carter. The Weapons Master nearly carries out the execution, but Rip uses a smoke grenade to cause confusion. He then defeats the gang with Brooklyn's help.
