PLOT:
Underworld gangster Blackie Nason escapes from prison. He then has a plastic surgeon give him a new face. Blackie then starts his own rogues' gallery of undercover cops. The gallery exposes the cops to the underworld and helps crime.
When Batman apprehends one of the gangs Blackie was helping, the crook decides to expose Batman's double identity. Blackie makes several gang leaders believe that Bruce Wayne is Batman without realizing his wild guess is correct. Batman thwarts Blackie's plan and protects his secret.
When Batman begins closing in on Blackie, the crook flees and is accidentally killed.
