TITLE: The True Story of Frankenstein

PLOT:
Carter Nichols sends himself back in time where he meets the real Baron Frankenstein. Nichols sees the Baron's experiments and meets his assistant Ivan, a giant. When Ivan is accidentally electrocuted, Nichols revives him with adrenaline. However, Ivan is left in a trance like state. Frankenstein's cousin, Count Mettern then orders Ivan to kill Frankenstein.

Nichols summons Batman and Robin from the future. They battle Ivan, who rampages through the nearby village. Mettern then attempts to make Batman his slave too. Batman is not affected like Ivan was. He is then able to revive Ivan fully.

However, the villagers are angry at Frankenstein and Ivan. When they storm the castle, Batman must calm them down. Ivan then takes revenge upon Mettern. Both men die when the castle explodes. Author Mary Shelley writes about the events, but fictionalizes the story for fear that it would never be believed.


TITLE: Unscrambled Proverbs

PLOT:
An electric shock causes Air Wave's parrot Static to speak normally instead of scrambling proverbs as he usually does. Static then flies off in a daze. Crooks find Static and use him to get on a radio show. They then proceed to rob the employees and guests of the radio station. Air Wave hears Static on the radio and rushes to the station. He apprehends the crooks, and another electric shock restores Static to normal.

TITLE: The Chimp and the Chump

CHARACTERS: Slam Bradley; Shorty Morgan

PLOT:
Slam and Shorty go undercover as an organ grinder and a monkey to catch Murky Miller and his mob. Disguised as a monkey, Shorty infiltrates Miller's hide-out. Shorty's mouth gets stuck with taffy, preventing him from talking. When the crooks see him, they decide to make him their mascot.

Meanwhile, a real monkey has escaped from the zoo and is found by Slam. When Slam discovers that it isn't Shorty he returns to the hide-out to rescue Shorty. Slam defeats the crooks, but Shorty is taken away to the zoo because he is believed to be a real monkey. Slam is forced to use the reward money to get Shorty released from the zoo.

TITLE: Crimes by Television

CHARACTERS: Boy Commandos; Andre Chavard; Tex; Brooklyn

PLOT:
Criminals plant television cameras in banks and museums in order to acquire information allowing them to commit robberies. Authorities are unable to deduce the methods used by the crooks, until the Boy Commandos discover one of the cameras. Once the camera is found, Rip comes up with a plan to lure the crooks into a trap. Using a fake gold shipment, the Commandos lure the gang into a robbery. The team is prepared for the crooks and is able to shut down their operation by capturing them.
