PLOT:
Arthur Loom claims to a clairvoyant and predicts death for a pair of men. When they die, residents of Gotham begin to believe in Loom's power. His predictions allow a gang of crooks to commit robberies. Batman suspects Loom is working with the crooks, which he is. Loom sets a trap for Batman, but the Caped Crusader was expecting trouble and stops Loom's gang. He then executes a plan with Commissioner Gordon to force Loom to confess to his part in the crimes.


TITLE: Radio 'Hams' to the Rescue

PLOT:
When a explosion in Tuttleville caused several disasters, including fires and flooding, looters raid the city. Air Wave assists the residents with the help of several amateur radio enthusiasts. The radio "hams" help coordinate rescue efforts and alert Air Wave to the location of the crooks. After the disaster has passed, the mayor awards the boys and Air Wave for their efforts.

PLOT:
A series of thefts have police puzzled as the suspects have alibis and claim they were baby watching. Shorty disguises himself as a baby and is turned over to the McCrea Sitters Agency. There, one crook watches several babies while the others commit robberies. Shorty's disguise fails to fool one crook, so Slam charges to the rescue. Both detectives are caught, but the sound of crying babies brings police.

TITLE: The Man Who Brought 'em Back Dead

CHARACTERS: Boy Commandos; Andre Chavard; Tex; Brooklyn

PLOT:
Trigger Duncan is a man who loves to kill. He does it legally by becoming a bounty hunter. When Duncan and the Boy Commandos are in pursuit of the same man, the suspect surrenders, but Duncan still kills him. Duncan decides to follow the Commandos, so they can lead him to other wanted criminals.

Trigger kills several more criminals, despite the protests of the Commandos. He finally slips up, when the Commandos track down witness, Spook Connors. Trigger kills Connors, but since Spook was not a criminal, Trigger is branded a murderer.

The Commandos pursue Duncan to a mountain retreat. When Trigger runs out of ammunition, the Commandos have him trapped. Rather than be taken in alive, Trigger jumps off the mountain to his death.
