PLOT:
Steve Travers has grown up idolizing his older brother Joe. Joe in turn has paid Steve's way through medical school in order for him to become a plastic surgeon. Steve then learns that Joe is a gangster. Joe forces Steve to become a criminal doctor, giving crooks new faces and fingerprints.

When Batman finds out that Scarface Nolan has had plastic surgery, he disguises himself in order to find the doctor who did the operation. Batman is taken to Travers, but his cover is blown. Robin arrives in time to prevent Batman's death, but the Caped Crusader is wounded while protecting Steve from a bullet.

Steve operates on Batman and saves his life. The criminal doctor then turns himself in, confessing to his deeds. He explains that Joe had threatened to kill his fiancee if Steve didn't cooperate. Steve got even though by making Joe look like Scarface Nolan, so that police would find him. Steve is acquitted thanks to Batman's testimony.

PLOT:
Angered because he isn't taken seriously, an impersonator known as the Parrot begins a life of crime. Air Wave attempts to apprehend the crook, but is thrown off by the Parrot's ventriloquism tricks. Air Wave finally uses a trick of his own by impersonating a squad of police to trap the Parrot and apprehend him.

TITLE: The Case of the Candy Clues

PLOT:
Crooks kidnap a child trivia expert known as the Answer Kid. Shorty impersonates the kid on a quiz show to trick the kidnappers into thinking they got the wrong boy. The kidnapper then kidnap Shorty and take him to their hide-out inside a candy factory. Slam is also captured, but Shorty gets them loose. Together they rescue the boy and apprehend the kidnappers.
