PLOT:
During the transfer of prisoners on a train, a man called the Blaze hijacks the train and frees the crooks. Most of the crooks had been captured by the Batman and want revenge. The Blaze organizes the crooks and captures Batman.
Batman frees himself from captivity and takes on the criminals. Robin then gets caught, forcing Batman to surrender. The crooks escape with Robin as a prisoner. When Batman tracks down his partner, he rescues him from a bomb. Finally, the Caped Crusaders defeat Blaze and his mob.
