The Hillbillies

PLOT:
Slam Bradley stops a bank robbery by hillbilly Zeke Willis. The crook escapes from jail a short time later and heads back to Kentucky. Slam and Shorty follow him. They soon meet the Tollivers, a family of hillbillies feuding with Willis and his clan. The Tollivers agree to help Slam since he intends to arrest Willis.
Shorty is kidnapped by Willis and held at gunpoint. Shorty tries to escape by pretending to fall for Zeke's daughter Lucy Belle. Zeke then tries to force Shorty to marry her. Shorty refuses. Slam arrives just in time to stop Zeke from lynching his diminutive partner. Slam and Shorty then return to Cleveland with Willis as their prisoner.
