PLOT:
A man named Lewis discovers an underground cavern which is located directly beneath a gold depository. He accidentally reveals this information to some criminals, but refuses to show them where the cave is. The hoods frame his daughter, Linda, for murder in an attempt to force the information from Lewis. He gives in and tells them.
Batman investigates Linda’s disappearance and proves that she is not a killer. He frees Lewis and his daughter, then goes to the cave to stop the crooks from robbing the depository. Finally, Lewis assists both Batman and Robin in defeating the crooks.

PLOT:
When a reporter is murdered, Lee Travis suspects racketeer Twist Brannigan. He visits a card room frequented by Brannigan and takes the cards after the game. He then delivers the cards to police where they can match Brannigan's fingerprints to the murder scene. The prints do match, so Lee returns to find Brannigan. The crook tries to kill Lee, but he becomes the Crimson Avenger and apprehends Brannigan.

PLOT:
Slam Bradley is hired by newspaper editor Ed Ellis to help with a mining conditions story. Ellis and report W.T. Ward have been threatened, so Slam and Shorty offer their protection. Slam and Shorty are attacked several times to prevent them from interferring. Shorty is kidnapped, but escapes with the aid of a circus giraffe. Slam eventually exposes the mine owne Mr. Doler, who also owns Ellis's newspaper. After Doler's involvement is exposed, he concedes to improve mine conditions and allows the workers to unionize.
