PLOT:
Batman stops a museum robbery and follows one of the crooks to a music store. Although, he loses the man, Batman returns later to find suspicious men leaving the place. He follows them to another robbery where Joker steals the loot from the men while Batman battles them.
Batman follows Joker and learns that his foe is the owner of the music store. Joker is double-crossing his men and taking the loot for himself. The Joker traps Batman, but after a quick escape, Batman trails his foe to a ship carrying a jade buddah. Joker tries to steal the item, Batman stops him, and Joker falls to his apparent death in the ocean.

PLOT:
Professor Crawford invents a powerful new ray gun capable of destroying anything. The Crimson Avenger decides to protect the gun, since it could be dangerous in the hands of criminals. When he arrives at Crawford's lab, he finds that crooks have beaten him to it and stolen the gun. He follows them to the harbor. He boards their ship and uses the gun on them. He then throws the weapon into the ocean, feeling that it is too powerful to ever be used again.

PLOT:
Slam and Shorty believe that the money being collected at a charity boxing event is being taken by racketeers. The local district attorney leads them to Walter Ransom, the event organizer and his benefactor Mrs. Wallace. Slam and Shorty also discover watered down milk that is being sold to Wallace at high prices.
Slam and Shorty continue to find evidence against the racketeers. They are helped by reporter Janet Pierce who provides them with books detailing the criminal operation. When Slam attends another charity boxing match, he is nearly killed. However, he manages to expose Ransom and the rest of the gang before turning them over to the police and district attorney.
