PLOT:
Two millionaires are kidnapped leaving only one clue, a hatchet. Batman gets a tip from Wong, mayor of Chinatown, that the Tong of the Green Dragon is smuggling opium and is behind the kidnappings.
When Batman returns later to gather more information from Wong, he finds the mayor murdered by the Hatchet-Man. After a brief struggle Batman and his opponent are knocked unconscious.
Fearing for the safety of his partner, Robin follows a clue left by the dying mayor to Pier 3. He is captured there and brought before the leader of the Green Dragon. He duels an opponent, and Batman arrives in time to lend a hand in defeating the gang and avenge Wong’s murder. The kidnapped men are rescued as well.
NOTE:

PLOT:
When returning to port a Navy ship encounters a mine and is destroyed. Lee Travis investigates and learns that the mines could only be detonated from a Navy control station. A soldier in charge of the station has been arrested, but Lee believes he is innocent.
When two more Navy ships are scheduled to arrive in port, Lee takes action as the Crimson Avenger. He discovers that a spy ring has built their own controls to detonate the mines. He finds their control station and prevents their act of sabotage. With the spies exposed, the soldier is cleared of wrongdoing.

PLOT:
Slam and Shorty are given an assignment to protect a valuable gem from thieves. When the thieves are unable to get the jewel from Bradley, they kidnap the owner. Slam is then lured into a trap, but he turns the tables on the thieves. He protects the gem and rescues the owner.
The gem's owner then reveals that the jewel is a fake, and Slam was set up as part of an elaborate test. The man explains that he is an agent of the French government and wants to hire Bradley to guard a jewel shipment oversees. Slam and Shorty then fly to France.
When the detectives arrive, they are captured by the Apache Gang. Then disguised as Bradley, the thieves steal some jewels. Slam escapes, but he is now wanted by the authorities. Slam and Shorty track down and apprehend the crooks. The jewels are recovered, and Slam's name is cleared.
