Labs and were taken into custody. Barbara went to Jason Bard asking him to trail someone. He took the job and headed to Cannes, France to pick up the trail of Dinah Lance (he'd never seen her - they met when he was temporarily blind). They bumped into each other - Dinah had become involved with an "older man." Jason was attacked, but defended himself well. He called Barbara with an update, and was captured putting a tracking device on the Count's (Dinah's new interest) yacht. The "Count" was Ra's al Ghul.
