PLOT:
As predicted, Jack arrives at the Gotham Museum of Art and begins flaunting his criminal acts in hopes of luring Batman. When he gets his wish and Batman arrives, Joker stabs Lorna and takes off. Before he can get away however, Batman's Batarang slices through both sides of his mouth.
Watching over Lorna at the hospital, Batman decides he needs to find someone to help him understand the criminal mind. He contacts Dr. Jonathan Crane, who tells Batman that you can’t understand someone who is pure evil (not to mention insane).
Later, Bruce learns that Lorna has taken a turn for the worse. Frustrated, Batman destroys the new computer. He thinks he can’t do it. He then decides that he needs evil to fight evil. So he calls Maletesta for help.
