PLOT:
A pair of off-duty police officers sit around at Willy's Diner and discuss their encounters with Batman that happened while on duty, both illustrating a different side to Batman's character. The first recounts Batman saving a suicidal addict from jumping
off the Gothamboard Bridge, the second recounts Batman stopping a hostage situation. Finally a third officer
approaches the table and recounts seeing the Batman rescuing a pair of orphans from the street. Although the other two officers
do not believe the story of the kinder, gentler Batman, they all can agree that their jobs would be significantly more difficult without him.
