PLOT:
Batman searches for Professor Dodge who he believes has stolen a secret formula on microfilm. After locating Dodge, Batman learns that the formula was actually stolen by another crook named Lightfingers. Dodge is also pursing Lightfingers to get the formula.

Batman tracks both crooks to Mechanical City, a modern city with robots and mechanical inventions. Lightfingers hides the stolen formula inside a robot, then is caught by Dodge. Batman finds the missing formula, then uses the robots to capture both crooks.

PLOT:
A criminal pulls off a daring robbery of a shipment of gold bullion. Batman and Robin race to the scene, but are diverted when a nearby bridge turns out to be an illusion. The Batmobile falls into the river, and the crooks escape.

Batman believes the crook behind the theft is the Mirage Maker. A radar blip alerts Batman to the crook's next theft. When the Mirage Maker tries to get the Caped Crusader off his trail with more mirages, Batman sees through them. Batman then uses his own illusion to halt the Mirage Maker's escape. He is then able to apprehend the crook.

PLOT:
During the performance of a trained ape at the circus, the box office is robbed. The ape's trainer, Arthur Harris, is arrested since the ape caused a distraction at the time of the theft.

The ape, Mogo, befriends Batman and follows the Caped Crusader as he tries to prove Harris is innocent. Mogo is taken to the Bat-Cave and dons a cowl of his own becoming Bat-Ape. Batman and Mogo then track down the real thieves including Harris's assistant Ralph Roder. Harris is set free, and Mogo is returned to him.
