PLOT:
Batman crashes the Batplane in a remote mountain area. Crooks learn of the crash from a weak radio signal. They decide to raid Gotham while Batman is out of action. To help them, they recruit Harry Larson, an ex-con and Bruce Wayne look-a-like, to play Batman.

TITLE: The Deep-Sea Diver Mystery

PLOT:
A man in diving gear is murdered outside the home of Commissioner Gordon. The man whispers two words to Gordon before dying. Batman deciphers the clue, which leads him to a gym in the Quinlan district.

While Batman examines the swimming pool, the employees of the gym try to kill him. They are members of Big Jim's mob. Batman escapes from their trap and then examines the water tower. Inside he finds a fish with a band around it. The band reveals the location of stolen papers. Batman and Robin become trapped inside the tank, but they escape the trap again.

Batman goes to the location revealed by the fish clue. He meets the crooks there and this time apprehends them. The stolen paper is recovered and turns out to be paper used to print money.

TITLE: The Testing of Batman

PLOT:
Batman agrees to help psychologist Dr. Thorson with some experiments and testing. Crime boss Hatchet Marley learns of the experiments and replaces Thorson. Marley then forces Batman and Robin to complete several physical and psychological tests. Batman realizes the tests will help Marley rob the Gotham Mint. He sabotages Marley's plan and turns the tests against the gangster's men. When the gang is defeated, Batman releases Thorson.
