Oracle summoned Batgirl and the Spoiler to her place while the Joker's minions were loose on Gotham. Shadow Thief, who used alien technology to suck energy from his surroundings, attacked. Batgirl took him out, then remembered her pact with Lady Shiva - she owed the martial artist a death match.
