Azrael returned to the Batcave offering Batman his assistance. He was reminded that Robin was the Batman's only partner. Alfred suggested that he check out a reported vampire south of the city. Azrael found the man who "fancied" himself as a vampire and destroyed him with sunlight. Having nowhere to call home, Jean Paul decided to stay there a while.
