PLOT:
Nomoz saved Jean Paul, but Lilhy and Brian were taken. Nomoz helped save Jean Paul's friends after he agreed to take down Brother Rollo. Jean Paul asked Batman for help, which he was denied. Batman instead gave him money, transportation, a new costume. Even after putting on the costume, Jean Paul was not Azrael.
