SUMMARY:
Following the new membership drive, the Teen Titans team has expanded and the new recruits are faced with having to take down one of their own. Jericho, a former Teen Titan has been driven mad after years and years of telepathic exposure to evil. He formulates a plan to take out both the Teen Titans and the Titans but his actions attract the attention of the murderous crime-fighter Vigilante.

Unfortunately, Vigilante's gunsights only see the person Jericho's mind is inhabiting, not the man himself. So now the combined force of the Titans and the Teen Titans must work together to keep Vigilante from killing one of their own while working to defeat the madman possessing them at will.
