WORLD PUBLIC ENEMY

Dragon Fly, Silken Spider and Tiger Moth were three female rock musicians and members of the band called "World Public Enemy", who changed careers. As third-rate super-villainesses, they got exposure by a pop culture artist who depicted them and christened them World Public Enemy 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Shortly afterwards, the villainous Poison Ivy made her public debut, claiming that SHE was public enemy #1. The trio was easily disposed of by Poison Ivy and apprehended by the Gotham Police.

Recently WPE came under the employ of Talia Head, but was easily capture by Batman & Nightwing.
