A serial killer in Gotham City who thrives on the chemicals produced by the human body as a reaction to fear. He will kidnap his victim and literally scare them to death, eating their hearts when he has done so. He is able to cast a hypnotic aura which allows him to take on any face he chooses, generally a face that people will trust, whether Abraham Lincoln, Batman or a police officer. His true face is hideous.
