A successful actor, Paul Sloan was persuaded to impersonate Two-Face by a number of Gotham's villains, and encountered Batman briefly in the process. He was then tortured by Two-Face and experimented on by Scarecrow, returning years later and attacking the various villains who had recruited him, all in an attempt to get to Batman. He is currently incarcerated at Arkham Asylum.
