Three misfit college students get their hands on the Man-Bat formula, allowing them to turn into monstrous beasts. Batman and Batgirl have to stop them before they infect the entire campus.

This episode was not that great. First, since when is Barbara old enough for college? Second, this was almost like a combo od Batman Beyond's Splicers and Slapper patches. I'd give the eo a 5 or 6..

I think this was a great episode. Overall the feel of it was great. I like the comedy side to this episode to (especially when Batman mentioned being kicked out of the Justice League if he were to of had them help him with the Gorilla boy lol). This series has evolved from season one as we have seen and it keeps getting better and better. Its to bad that there most likely wont be a season 6 (i hope theres still a possibilty that there willl be). Since Batgirl is in college now we can probably say that this shows is about 2-3 years from where it first started. (wasnt Batgirl about 16 when she first appeared?) So she is probably 18-19 and Batman was 26 when this show first started (it even said in an episode) so he must be around 28-29 now. |

Nate was probably caught off guard like me, I did'nt know a new episode was out today...fortunately, my DVR caught it. I'll post a review once I watch it.

I thought it sucked. They didn't even stick to the orginal plot. I liked the B:TAS episode. And I think Batgril looks and acts likes shes 13 not 18. I really hope that the next episode is better. I'm really looking forward to it and Scorn looks awsome.

i thought it was okay...but i do think it's weird that the characters grew up so fast. within what was supposed to be one year(from season 4 to 5), robin got into high school, and batgirl got into college. i don't care too much about it though. a high school robin is definitely cooler than a middle school robin; he just needs to get his voice deeper.
what's the next episode all about? i thought i saw a catman or something.

6/10 rating.
Very reminiscent of Batman Beyond's "The Winning Edge" when slappers were used to gain strength and "Splicers" when genetic manipulation was used by a rogue doctor.
End was anti-climatic though...it was sort of a Columbine/Virginia Tech lesson or some similar message for this episode.
PS Batgirl but no Robin? Hmph.

From the start, I thought it was going to be a ridiculous episode. For the most part it was but there were some pretty okay moments. Its definitly one of the weaker episodes of this season. Batgirl seemed to have drawn a little bit more grown up which was good. I like how the characters are maturing more. Like most of you, it reminded me of Splicers and The Winning Edge. It certain is not one of my favorites. |

I thought the Episode, was great, it was great to see Batgirl, going to college, and i really did like how Batman, and Batgirl, beat the Terrible Trio, at the end of the episode, i can't wait to see next week's episode, it is going to be Awesome. |
