i've been searching all over for a site with high to semi-high res pics of 1980's batman comics covers. If anyone know of a good site let me know.

yeah but i was looking for something a bit bigger than those. Something that I would be able to edit and make into a wallpaper...not a desktop by the way

yea.. the older ones are just hard to come by, so the size is pretty much it.

We've got a few members aroud with pretty sizable collections. Someone mimght be able to try to get scans off of their issues. I can do what I can. I need to get my scanner going again anyway.

Ok Darknight, I'd appreciate it. I have a couple in mind, but my main interest is in batcomics from the 80's, especially year one series.

Comics.org has a decent size picture (400X599) that is probably about as high as you are going to get. Maybe you should look around on there if B:YTB images are not big enough.
