So is it true they are bringing Legends of the Dark Knight to an end?

From the look of it, I doubt it. Batman Confidential was suppose to replace LotDK buts its still around. However, the soliciations for February doesn't list the title, so as of now we know the comic going up to January of #214. It might be just delayed for that month, but then again it might be ending and that could be the last issue. But we don't know, its up in the air.
I guess we should wait til the March soliciations to see if LotDK is listed there.
Only time will tell.

This is really weird. When I create the pages for the new releases, I copy and paste the text from DC.com.
The listing that we have for LOTDK 214 has a tag at the end of the issue description that indicates that it is the final issue.
The Newsarama listings of the January titles indicates that it is the final issue.
However, the listing on DC.com no longer has the final issue indicator.
I have not seen anything in the Direct Channel messages that I have gotten in the month since the January solicitations were released. I would bet that 214 is the end of the series. Of course, if I am wrong, I have to go and edit the webpage, so hopefully, I am right.

Ok if they do can it I'll have to look for a new "Batman" Title to add to my list!

That is what the new title Batman Confidential is for. It is pretty much going to go back to the same early stories that Legends of the Dark Knight began with. From the preview (see link) it looks like it will be pretty good.
