Ras is gone for at least a while i think. Scarecrow can return but give him a rest.
The Joker and Two-Face are the future villians and after that The Riddler, Catwoman, Kiiller Croc, Mad Hatter, Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy are all out there to film a film BUT i think the Penguin could be introduced in film 2 along with The Joker
forget him robbing banks with trick umbrellas and hello him as Gotham's new crime lord. ::thepenguin::
On the street he could be known as The Penguin but to everyone else he is Oswald Cobblepott millionare and owner of the Iceberg Lounge the greatest night club in town. Falcone is gone so i think someone needs to fill his shoes and Penguin is the right one to take over. Batman could pump him for info in each film and Penguin could be a sort of returning character and in time he could be a main villian.

I would think he would start as a main villain and then supposedly clean up (but secretly still wreak havok) at the Iceburg Lounge. So, yeah, I love your idea!! |

I gets annoying ::yellowupset:: Anywho, if they put the Penguin in it, later on the could do a storyline like As The Crow Flies where Penguin hires Scarecrow (returning in movies) to get rid of all his unloyal connections, and secretly turning Scarecrow into the Scare-Monster, a monster who kills... not until they scream that is... :yes: that's what i think
